Kitchens are known for high temperatures, humidity, and tough working conditions, making them ideal candidates for eco-friendly adiabatic cooling. This cooling method introduces fresh, cool air while expelling heat and odors from the kitchen, providing a comfortable environment for both chefs and staff. Not only does it lower the temperature, but it also ventilates the space, eliminating stuffy, unbreathable air — all through the simple use of water, without freons or compressors.

In the summer of 2024, we transformed several restaurant kitchens with our solutions. ADRIAN-AIR EV5 MINI evaporative coolers were installed in the Bažant restaurant in Levice and the LUKRAS canteen in Hlohovec. Thanks to the radial fan, these units can be efficiently connected to air ducts, even with lower airflow. Remote control further enhances user convenience. Traditional air conditioning merely recirculates grease-laden, smelly indoor air, which degrades quickly. Kitchen staff need fresh, clean air — they need adiabatic cooling.
